• Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's refund rules.
• Unless applicable law gives you a mandatory cancellation or refund right, purchases are final and will not be refunded.
• We may change the price, availability, or description of Virtual Items at any time.

4.2 What Virtual Items Are

• Virtual Items are not worth money in the real world.
• They are digital entertainment content that can be used only inside the Services.
• They are not gambling, betting, wagering, or real-money activity.
• Obtaining Virtual Items gives you only a limited, revocable right to use them in the Services. It does not give you ownership of those items.

• You may not sell, trade, gift, lend, assign, or otherwise transfer Virtual Items.

• You may not try to exchange Virtual Items for real currency, cryptocurrency, goods, services, or other real-world value.
• If you try to avoid these restrictions, we may terminate access without refund unless the law requires a different result.

5. Casino-Style Entertainment Only

The Services are entertainment products. They do not provide real-money gambling, wagering, betting, or payout activity.

Important notice:

• Suspension or termination is needed to protect the Services, other users, Cliffcrest Games LLC, legal compliance, or service integrity.

If access ends, Virtual Items connected with the Services may no longer be available, and refunds will not be given unless required by applicable law.

12. Local Data And Deletion

The Services do not require users to register an account. Data kept locally on your device, such as progress or settings, is generally removed when the application is uninstalled. Because there is no required account system, no separate in-app account management or account deletion feature is provided.

Some anonymous, aggregated, or device-related data may be processed by third-party SDK providers, including analytics, attribution, or advertising providers, under their own privacy terms. We do not control the retention practices of those providers, but we expect them to comply with applicable data protection laws.
